Mentorships + Internships
Many organizations and companies offer programs for directors and writers, but few are actively focused on developing the next wave of early- and new-career producers and executives. This is where GC Nonprofit stakes a claim and creates change.
We offer two levels of professional development for those ready to up their game.
Mentorships
Mentorships are for those who have a bit of experience and who can commit 16–24 weeks to shadow leaders on a film or tv project. Mentees will be compensated and credited—and should leave the program with the knowledge, context, and preparation to serve as line producers.

Internships
Internships are for those just getting started in the industry. Placements may be with production companies, on specific film or tv productions, or with GC Nonprofit. Ideal for college students, internships run up to 18 weeks and include free parking or transportation subsidy.
